Information we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need, details about your pool and any notes. When you call our number, our phone provider records the calling number and the time and length of the call, and calls may be recorded. Our website host may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To pass your request to an independent local pool service company so it can contact you about the request
- To follow up with you about your request
- To keep records of requests and referrals and check quality
- To keep the site secure and working
How we share it
We share your request with the independent pool service company we match you with, which may pay us for the referral. That company uses your information under its own privacy practices. We also use service providers to run the website, the quote form and our phone line, and they process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law. We don't sell your information to data brokers or share it with unrelated marketers.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box on the form, you agree that we and the company we match you with may contact you by call or text about your request, as described next to the box. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Our form provider or host may use cookies or similar tools needed to block spam and deliver the site.
Retention and your choices
We keep request records as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, email hello@wakeforestpoolservice.com. We can't delete information a pool company has already received, so contact them directly as well.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for their homes and is not directed to children under 13.
